The History
We’ve been around the “block” for decades. Our first creation was a mold for a precast window well. Then we quickly expanded our unique molding concept into wall panels. However, after experimenting with traditional flat pouring, we realized the only way to replicate the same molded finish on both sides of a concrete wall would be to stand the form up and pour it vertically. Thus, the Verti-Crete name and system was born.
Not long after, we developed a similar Post Stacker system to produce concrete columns that look and feel like real stone masonry on all sides, creating an appearance that’s easy on the eyes. The resulting process became Verti-Crete’s Panel and Post Stacker System, which has been in use since 1999.
Other precast companies quickly realized this unique system was more efficient, stable and easier to install than traditional precast methods. So in 2002, Verti-Crete, LLC was established in order to manufacture and license the use of our highly successful mold and form system. Today, our many licensees and contractor partners appreciate the expertise of our staff who have years of industry experience.
Since then, with one patent secure and several other patents pending, Verti-Crete has been welcoming precast concrete licensees across the United States, Canada, Europe and Africa to use the proprietary mold and form systems, bringing beauty and innovation to any project.
